Professional Bull Riders World Finals

The Professional Bull Riders Championships or the PBR World Finals is held every year in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. This event is an international event, featuring bull riders from around the world competing for this prestigious crown. There are over 800 bull riders who attend the event from around the world, with riders coming in from Canada, US, Australia, Brazil and other countries.

The world finals of this event takes place in the month of October, where the winners of the various rounds come together and attempt to balance on top of the bull for a little longer than the others. The finals feature around 45 bull riders, who compete for a share Bull riders competitionof the prize money, which is worth over $3 million.

In the past, the Professional Bull Riders World Finals was held at two different venues over the course of two weekends. The first of the two rounds would be held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center and the second round taking place at the Thomas and Mack Center. In recent years however, they have consolidated it into one round, held at the Thomas and Mack Center, which is on the University of Nevada’s campus.

In the finals, each of the bull riders will demonstrate a 70 second free-style bull fight. The judge’s decision will be made according to the aptitude and the style of the rider. The judgment is based on various criteria like handling of the barrel, jumping the bull and contact with the bull.
