Las Vegas is a great place to go shopping and tourists to this region are sure to enjoy exploring the wide variety of shopping options in Las Vegas, from the stores on the Strip, to the various malls and the interesting boutiques in the Greater Las Vegas area.
Las Vegas Strip boasts a large number of stores, where you can buy souvenirs, branded clothing, accessories and various kinds of trinkets. Some of the popular malls here include the:
- Galleria
- Fashion Show Mall
- The Boulevard
- Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood and Meadows Mall. (Visitors here can pick up reasonably priced garments at the Las Vegas Outlet Center and at Las Vegas Premium).
Up-market shopping can be done at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian, Las Vegas, where the high quality products and rich ambience make a memorable shopping experience. There are more than seventy shops to browse through here.
Tourists can also try the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace; there are more than 150 shops here and over a dozen restaurants that you can visit for a snack or a light lunch between visits to the many boutiques in the area. These shops are open till midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The Desert Pasage shops which number over 140 at the Aladdin are also worth exploring.
If you are looking for books to help you gamble, you should head to the Gamblers Book Shop near Fremont Street, which has been open since the 1960s.
Other shopping haunts in Las Vegas include the Hawaiian Marketplace, Wynn Esplanade, Bally’s Shopping Arcade, Via Bellagio and Buffalo Exchange.
