Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon is one of the most famous U.S. tourist attractions worldwide and attracts tourists from countries far and wide. The canyon is on the river Colorado in the state of Arizona, and is located very close to Las Vegas. A large part of the Grand Canyon is located in the Grand Canyon National Park, which is a few hours away from the city.
There are a number of different tour operators that have guided tours from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon and depending on the tourists’ budget and time constraints - there will be different packages options available. The most common tour package offered is the bus tour. Tourists can choose from a half day or a full day package and some companies 
also sometims offer a night tour of the Grand Canyon.
The one day tour is a tour of the Grand Canyon National Park and the South Rim. There is also an optional tour of the WestRim and night views of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. These tours start at around $40 per person, depending on the tour chosen.
Another option available to tourists is the helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, which is a very popular choice. Tourists can either choose to take a helicopter directly from Las Vegas, which is a big time saver or take a helicopter from the Grand Canyon National Park, which works out a little cheaper. The latter option is mainly recommended for those who can afford to spend at least a day touring the area.
